The Old American Golf ClubOld American Golf Club is the proud host of The Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America, the state's longest-running LPGA Tour event.

Old American was named Golf Magazine’s No. 5 ’Best Public Golf Course’ in Texas, making it the highest ranked course in the Metroplex. The course, designed by Tripp Davis and PGA Tour star Justin Leonard, evokes the timeless features of the "Golden Age" of American golf course architecture. Old American Golf Club features natural contours, hazard styles, native grasses and green shapes that were influenced by America’s most storied golf course masterpieces. Old American was also named as one of the top five golf courses in Texas by Golf Magazine in 2010. The course is located at The Tribute, an unmatched lakefront, golf resort community on Lewisville Lake.

The Old American Grill is available by request to guests of the course for private events.
